Location: Remote with regional travel
Employment Type: Contractor or Full-Time
Compensation: Base + Performance-Based Incentives

As a Regional Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of MarketMate™ in your assigned region. You’ll identify and recruit local businesses across multiple mid-sized U.S. cities, focusing on specific industries that typically lack full-time marketing resources. Once clients are on board, you’ll serve as their trusted liaison — ensuring their marketing strategy is aligned, active, and connected with peers across the MarketMate™ network.

Business Development 

• Recruit exclusive members in xxx target industries per city (e.g., auto repair shops, family law firms, local home services, etc.).
• Present and pitch the MarketMate™ concept to qualified businesses.
   

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain ongoing communication with signed businesses to ensure satisfaction and results 
• Collect local insights, feedback, and marketing needs from clients
• Coordinate with the internal creative team to ensure campaign delivery and alignment.
   

Network Building

• Facilitate collaboration between businesses in the same industry across cities and nationwide partners
• Help clients share ideas, success stories, and campaign insights with each other.
• Support the growth of new peer cohorts by industry (e.g., “MarketMate for Pediatric Dentists”).
   

• 2+ years experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably B2B).
• Comfortable pitching small to mid-sized business owners.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Self-starter with regional travel flexibility.
• Bonus: Familiarity with digital marketing basics (social media, SEO, websites, etc.).
   

• Base + Commission or recurring revenue share per account signed.
• Exclusive rights to grow certain verticals within your region.

• $100,000 + within first year at target.
